Your personality is unique to you. And it plays a role in every decision you make.

Some personality traits might make you less likely to step outside your comfort zone and to put up with things, such as MS symptoms or side effects from its treatment. But understanding how you approach things can help you to do them a bit differently.

We’ve put together some questions to help you understand your personality. Bear in mind that your personality traits may change depending on the situation. So answer the following questions based on how you tend to think or feel in a specific environment, for example, at work, with friends or in an appointment with your neurologist or MS nurse.

It can be all too easy to put up with things in the hope they’ll get better, but it could mean you’re making unnecessary compromises in your day-to-day life. That’s why it’s important to challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone and make sure you share any problems you’re having at your next appointment.
