Because of you, I only ever want to take the stairs.
“I was spending the day in a mall. Everything was great until my legs began to give way and I was struggling to walk. So, I decided to take the elevator up to the next floor. As I entered, a woman grabbed my arm and pulled me out, telling me that it was disabled first. Her husband was in a wheelchair, and laughing the two told me they had priority. I simply moved out of the way and gave my place to him. I was desperately trying to hold back the tears. This was the first time that this happened to me, but I was determined it would be the last. That was when I Demanded More from my life with MS.”
